Is Finduy available outside Ghana?
Currently, Finduy operates in Ghana only. Future expansions will be announced.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email beta@finduy.com with details. Valid reports earn 50-500 points in our Beta Program.
How do I register as a vendor or customer?
Download the Finduy app from

Can I change my registered MoMo number?
Yes, but only after 29 days. Email support@finduy.com with:

What if my account is suspended?
Suspensions occur for fraud, policy violations, or fake referrals. Contact support with evidence for appeal.
How do vendor subscriptions work?
Monthly (30 days) or Annual (12
months, 5% discount)
No auto-renewals – manual
renewal required
Payment via Mobile Money, Card,
or Bank Transfer
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
Monthly: Request within 7 days
(no full refund)
Annual: Request within 14 days
(prorated refund after)
No refunds for partial use or
policy violations
How are Ad Revenue discounts applied?

view (accumulated in your balance)
At checkout, get up to 25%

How does the referral system work?
Share your unique referral code

How much do I earn per ad watch?
₵0.50 per ad, accumulated in your Ad Revenue balance.
Can I withdraw Ad Revenue as cash?
No. Ad Revenue only applies discounts (up to 25%) on purchases.
Do ads affect delivery fees?
Yes! Watching ads may qualify you for free delivery (based on distance).
How do I request account deletion from Finduy?
To request deletion of your Finduy account and associated data, please
follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to
support@finduy.com from the email address
associated with your Finduy account
Step 2: Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request -
[Your Full Name]"
Step 3: Include the following information in your email:
Your full name as registered on
Finduy
Your registered phone number
Your registered email address
Reason for account deletion
(optional)
Step 4: We will send a confirmation email within 48 hours.
You must reply to
confirm your deletion request.
Step 5: Account deletion will be processed within 30 days
of confirmation.
What data is deleted when I request account deletion?
Data that will be permanently deleted:
Personal identification
information (name, email, phone
number)
Profile data and preferences
Transaction history and
purchase records
Chat and messaging history
Saved addresses and payment
methods
Ad Revenue balance and referral
points
Vendor store information (if
applicable)
Subscription history and
payment records
Data that may be retained for legal/compliance purposes:
Financial transaction records
required by Ghanaian law
(retained for 7 years)
Records of disputes or legal issues
(retained for 5 years)
Anonymized usage data for platform
improvement
Information required to prevent
fraud or security incidents
Additional Retention Period: Some data may be retained for
up to 90 days in backup
systems before permanent deletion.
Can I request partial data deletion without deleting my account?
Yes, Finduy provides users with control over their data. You can request
deletion of specific data
without deleting your entire account.
To request partial data deletion:
Step 1: Email support@finduy.com with the
subject: "Partial Data
Deletion Request"
Step 2: Specify exactly which data you want deleted:
Chat history
Purchase history
Search history
Location data
Profile information
Other specific data types
Step 3: Include your registered email and phone number for
verification
Note: Some data may be essential for account functionality
and cannot be deleted
individually without affecting your ability to use Finduy services.
What happens after account deletion?
Immediate effects:
Your account will be
deactivated within 24 hours of
confirmation
You will no longer be able to
log in to Finduy
All active subscriptions will
be cancelled
Any pending transactions will
be processed according to
our terms
Permanent deletion:
Complete data deletion occurs
within 30 days
Backups containing your data
will be purged within 90
days
You will receive a final
confirmation email once
deletion is complete
Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Once
completed, you cannot recover
your data or account history.
