1. Program Overview

This Beta Testing Program Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Finduy mobile application beta testing program. By participating in this program, you ("Beta Tester" or "Tester") agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Beta Testing Period

The beta testing period starts in January 2026 and continues until April 2026 ("Beta Period"). Finduy reserves the right to extend or shorten the Beta Period at its sole discretion.

3. Tester Responsibilities

As a Beta Tester, you agree to:

3.1 Testing Activities

• Install and use the Finduy beta application according to provided instructions
• Test all assigned features based on your user role (Vendor, Rider, Customer)
• Follow the structured testing flow provided by Finduy
• Complete at least 80% of assigned testing scenarios

3.2 Feedback & Reporting

• Provide regular, constructive feedback through designated channels
• Report all bugs, errors, and usability issues promptly
• Participate in scheduled feedback sessions and surveys
• Share insights about user experience and feature functionality

3.3 Confidentiality

• Keep all beta features, designs, and functionalities confidential
• Not share screenshots, videos, or details about unreleased features publicly
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the beta application
• Return or destroy all confidential materials upon program completion

4. Testing Points System

4.1 Points Earning Opportunities

During the Beta Period, Testers may earn points through:

A. Ad Engagement Points:

• Watching approved advertisement content within the app
• Completing interactive ad experiences as provided
• Points awarded per completed ad view

B. Referral Points:

• Successfully referring new users who complete registration and KYC
• Referral points awarded when referred user completes their KYC
• Minimum of 5 valid referrals per Tester during Beta Period

5. Compensation & Rewards

5.1 Beta Testing Compensation

Due to the variable nature of advertisement revenue and the testing environment, Finduy cannot provide guaranteed monetary compensation upfront. However, Testers will be eligible for rewards based on:

A. Participation Quality:

• Completeness of assigned testing scenarios
• Quality and frequency of feedback provided
• Active engagement throughout the Beta Period
• Daily check-in points required are met

B. Points Accumulation:

• Total points earned from ad engagement and referrals
• Consistency of participation

5.2 Post-Beta Reward Determination

• Finduy will analyze testing results, engagement metrics, and points accumulation
• Rewards will be determined within 30 days following the Beta Period conclusion
• Reward amounts will be communicated via email to eligible Testers
• Payment will be processed within 45 days of Beta Period conclusion

5.3 Reward Distribution Criteria

Rewards will be calculated based on:

• Total points earned (weighted 60%)
• Quality of feedback provided (weighted 25%)
• Adherence to testing schedule (weighted 15%)
• Overall program contribution

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Finduy's Rights

• All feedback, suggestions, and improvements become Finduy's property
• Finduy may use Tester feedback without compensation or attribution
• The beta application and all related materials remain Finduy's exclusive property

6.2 Tester's Rights

• Tester retains rights to their own creative content posted (if applicable)
• Personal data remains subject to Finduy's Privacy Policy

7. Post-Beta Program Transition

7.1 Ad Engagement After Beta

Following the Beta Period:

• Points for watching ads will convert to discount credits
• Discount credits provide up to 25% off eligible products/services

7.2 Referral Program Continuity

• Referral points will continue to earn monetary rewards post-beta
• Referral payment structure will be published before Beta Period ends
• Referral rewards will be paid within the first seven business working days of every month

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranty

THE BETA APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINDUY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Finduy shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from beta testing
• Technical issues, bugs, or application failures

8.3 Data Usage

• Testers consent to collection of usage data, crash reports, and analytics
• Personal data will be handled according to Finduy's Privacy Policy
• Aggregate data may be used for marketing and improvement purposes

9. Termination

9.1 By Finduy

Finduy may terminate this Agreement and your participation if you:

• Violate any terms of this Agreement
• Share confidential information
• Provide false or misleading feedback
• Fail to participate actively for 7 consecutive days without notice

9.2 By Tester

You may terminate participation at any time by:

• Providing written notice to beta@finduy.com
• Uninstalling the beta application
• Ceasing all testing activities

10. General Provisions

10.1 Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have compatible mobile device
• Must complete KYC verification
• Must reside in approved testing regions

10.2 Modifications

Finduy reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10.3 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action.

10.4 Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Finduy and the Beta Tester, superseding all prior discussions and agreements.
